Kid Connections Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator with strong administration skills and work ethic. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in office management or health care and have the ability to multi-task and work as a team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of experience
  • Customer Service
  • Client Relations
  • Scheduling
  • Copying, scanning, and filing client documentation
  • Client correspondence
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Performing light cleaning and organizing of the office space

Preferred additional experience in insurance tasts

  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Submitting insurance claims
  • Obtaining and tracking pre-authorizations
  • Faxing medical documentation

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job Type: Full time
Payment: $15-19/hour (potential to grow into a salaried position)
Hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
